🔄 Exchange Policy (Online Orders):
- Exchange requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
- Exchanges are only applicable for size issues or defective/damaged items.
- Customers are responsible for courier charges for exchange.
🚫 Return & Refund Policy:
- We do not offer refunds for online orders.
- Returns are only accepted if you receive a wrong or damaged item.
📦 Important Notes:
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange or return.
- Slight color variations may occur due to lighting and screen resolution differences.
- Without proper proof (images/video), claims will not be entertained.
