Return & Exchange Policy

At Crafty Couture, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Exchange requests can be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Exchanges are available for:
- Size issues
- Damaged or defective items
- Wrong item received
Exchange is available on both regular-priced and sale items (subject to stock availability).
Customers are responsible for the courier charges associated with exchanges due to size selection.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if:
- You receive a damaged or defective item.
- You receive the wrong product.
- The product received is significantly different from what was ordered.
Once the returned item is received and inspected, a replacement, exchange, or store credit may be offered.

Sale and discounted items are also eligible for exchange and return according to the conditions mentioned above.
Product colors may vary slightly due to photography lighting and screen settings.
Claims submitted without clear images or videos may not be processed.
Items showing signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage caused by the customer will not qualify for exchange or return.
